Brother Ayers is survied by his wife Velma; daughter Janet Schacher (Ellie) of Consort AB; two grandsons;

sister Lynn Algar of Ponoka AB; brother Rodger Ayers of Ponoka; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents Glen and Muriel Ayers.
