The Lodge meets on the First Thursday of each month with the exception of July and August of the year, since the by-laws were amended in 1896 cancelling the summer meetings of those months.

Not all minutes of the Lodge are available due to a fire which destroyed the lodge*s building in January 1968, the lodge now meets at 907 Prospect Street West, Fredericton, N.B. (a map is attached)
